Steve and I got up bright and early to watch the shuttle launch, and managed to get some pictures. There are only two launches left, and both of those are scheduled for daylight hours, so I am glad we remembered and got these pictures. About 5 minutes after the launch, we heard a rumbling, dull roar type of sound. It was the noise from the launch! We have seen many launches before, but never HEARD one!
